The GT Cup Championship
The GT Cup had a tremendously successful inaugural season in 2008, and 2009 was no exception with the series completing another fantastic calendar of racing.
Bute Motorsport has been busy building on the success of the GT Cup's past 2008 and 2009 seasons and have put together, with the assistance of MSVR, an unrivalled calendar for 2010.
Also for 2010, the GT Cup has been upgraded to championship status after being granted approval from the MSA. The fundamental strengths of the GT Cup will be retained whilst several new developments will help take the GT Cup further forward.
The aim of the GT Cup Championship is to provide the best GT racing available anywhere whilst providing the best deal for competitors.
The format is aimed at Cup-class GTs, and is designed to encourage amateur drivers to race, either as a step up from club motorsport or a stepping stone up the GT racing ladder.
