Following the Fuchs-Silkolene British Supersport race at Croft, routine eligibility checking procedures were carried out on the machine of #118 Sam Lowes and it was found to have a non homologated inlet cam lift, contrary to the MCRCB Supersport Technical Regulations - Article 5.2.5.8.3 (Cam Shaft).

Accordingly the following penalty has been imposed in accordance with the MCRCB Judicial Procedures - Article B.4.5.1.2.:

Exclusion of #118 Sam Lowes from the results of the British Supersport Championship race at Croft

There are no rights of appeal against the statement of a Judge of Fact and the minimum penalty has been applied.  The decision is therefore confirmed.
