2008 FPA calendar finalised
Spa confirmed for mid-May date
The 2008 calendar for the Formula Palmer Audi Championship has been finalised, with Spa Francorchamps, the home of the Belgian Grand Prix, confirmed on 16/17/18 May. FPA will be appearing at the 'RMU Classic', a mixed event of historic and modern racing that also features the FIA Historic Formula One Championship and Orwell Supersports. Group C sports cars are also expected to take part.
12 of this year's 20 Formula Palmer Audi races will take place on current or former F1 tracks, with other venues including the Donington Grand Prix circuit, the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit and two separate appearances at the Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit. FPA will support some of the biggest events in the UK, including A1GP, DTM and the FIA World Touring Car Championship.
The season commences at Donington Park on 12/13 April.
